A Human Resources professional with over 34 years’ experience, including: staffing, benefits administration, legal compliance, labor relations and plant safety program development, employee relations, compensation administration and payroll administration.
Mr. Inabnet has experience at all levels of the Human Resources function including Staffing Generalist, Staffing Manager and Industrial Relations/Safety Specialist for a large, multinational engineering and construction firm involved in the design, procurement and construction of refineries and petrochemical plant facilities; Human Resources Manager for a Houston based Civil Consulting firm; Regional Human Resources Manager for an International engineering and construction firm; and Human Resources Director for a municipality serving a population of approximately 85,000.
In 2004, Craig founded Strategic Employer Services, LLC (SES), a human resources outsourcing firm. SES is licensed as a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and works closely with small business owners in guidance and consultation creating the best system to pay workers, employment taxes, workers’ compensation premiums and the design/administration of employee benefits. This partnership with small businesses enables them to compete aggressively with the larger companies for talented workers and professionals by enabling them to offer quality benefits.
