construction firm; and Human Resources Director for a municipality serving a population of approximately 85,000.
In 2004, Craig founded Strategic Employer Services, LLC (SES), a human resources outsourcing firm. SES is licensed as a Professional Employer
Organization (PEO) and works closely with small business owners in guidance and consultation creating the best system to pay workers, employment taxes,
workers’ compensation premiums and the design/administration of employee benefits. This partnership with small businesses enables them to compete
