As a Silver Fox advisor, Roger Flink brings extensive small company experience from the founding and hands-on management of an information technology firm which survived and prospered for over 25 years though-out a time of constant evolution and change.

Roger founded Vector Technology Corp. in 1977 as one of the early independent sellers and integrators of computer products and software. Customers were primarily medium and large organizations requiring IT solutions and services.

In 2000 Vector was acquired and used as a platform for a venture capital investment and the formation of Vector ESP, Inc. The company grew to 270 employees and $100 million per year in IT sales. Roger retired from Vector ESP as COO, and Vice Chairman in 2004.
