Richard Hendee is a Branch President with First National Bank located at 1100 Southwest Freeway, Houston, Texas 77031. First National Bank was founded in 1934 and is headquartered in Edinburg, Texas. With $4.5 billion in assets, First National Bank has sixty (60) branch offices across Texas.
Richard has worked in the financial services industry for over forty (40) years. He has held positions with community banks, large bank holding companies, specialized financial products and services entities, and regulator agencies, in addition to owning two financial services businesses himself. Through Richard’s community involvement he has served on boards and chaired committees with over twenty (20) different non-profits, holding the office of president for seven of these organizations.
Working with numerous business owners, Richard has developed positive financial solutions to address problems, stabilization and expansion of existing businesses as well as of start-up and new enterprises. It is Richard’s belief that every business has its own set of unique philosophies and approaches.
Listening intently is where Richard begins in order that he may learn as much as possible about how each business operates. This upfront process leads to establishing a plan that is typically workable for all parties concerned.
With Richard’s extensive background and experience in the financial services industry he is also able to refer individuals to specialists who provide specific solutions to a wide range of financial issues.
Richard is married to Karene and has three grown children and four grandchildren. He enjoys helping people and being with family and friends.
