Mr. Madrazo has some 40-plus years of wide-ranging and diversified worldwide experience at the Chairman, CEO, President, Director and Engineering levels in a number of energy related companies, as well as international consulting and entrepreneurial expertise in areas unrelated to energy.
He is the President and CEO of MMM Enterprises, Inc., a privately held Company which Mr. Madrazo formed in 1989 for the purpose of conducting entrepreneurial activities, consulting and developing investment opportunities for potential clients and the Company.

Education
Mr. Madrazo received a Master of Science in Management degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management where he participated in the Sloan Fellows Program.
He also holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Petroleum Engineering as well as a Honoris Causa Petroleum Engineer degree, all from the Montana Tech of the University of Montana.
Activities
Mr. Madrazo is a registered Professional Engineer in Montana, Wyoming and Texas.
He is a member of the American Petroleum Institute (API), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), Texas Council of Engineering Companies (Texas CEC) as well as other industry associations.
