Summary
Thirty-eight years of managing product distribution and
manufacturing experience in both batch and job size industries, was
experienced before entering into a "second career" of designing programs
for key employee retention, retirement planning, and minimizing exposure
to federal estate tax. Individual selective and group retirement plans
have been designed and made effective during more than twenty years in
this "second career". These programs have been implemented for sole
proprietors and moderate size businesses; and may work for you.

Vice President, Manufacturing for Century Papers, Inc.
This company went from a private company of $3,000,000 sales to a
publicly traded company with $40,000,000 in distribution of industrial
and commercial paper products; and manufacturing of cellulose insulation
and folding paper cartons during the thirty-eight years of employment.
President, National Inpak Inc.
This business purchased the cellulose insulation and folding carton
manufacturing subsidiaries of Century Papers, Inc. After ten years of
successful operation these businesses were sold.
Senior Account Manager, Lone Star Advisory Group
The mission of Lone Star Advisory is to assist individuals and
businesses in developing plans to assist the business owner in retaining
valuable employees through Selective Benefit planning, planning for the
business owner's retirement; and reducing the impact of Federal Estate
