1953 –1997.  Retired in 1997 from CDI Stubbs Over beck as President. Projects covered all disciplines of Engineering and the costs ranged from $10,000 to $100,000,000. Oil, Chemical and Steel Companies were primary clients. Milestones were merger with CDI Corporation (New York Stock Exchange Co. in 1970) and ISO 9001 certification in 1995.
