Jeff is a partner with the law firm of Dickinson & Wheelock, P.C. He has been practicing law since 1991. He focuses on helping entrepreneurs.

Founding member of his law firm. Personally involved in starting and overseeing a 20-employee company which provided scientific testing and reporting, and several companies investing in oil and gas exploration. General counsel for several multi-million dollar companies. Member of advisory board/board of directors of several privately held companies.

Jeff often gives speeches and seminars about legal issues related to business and franchising. He has been a guest speaker for multiple groups, including CNN-Radio, the NFL’s Houston Texans, various Small Business Development Centers throughout Texas, the University of Houston, and the National Franchise & Business Opportunities Show.
