Task International, Inc. 1986 - Present, Chairman and Majority Shareholder of this holding company, former parent company of BS&B and current owner/manager of various domestic, and international patents, licenses and oil producing properties.
BS&B Engineering Company 1981 - 1993, Chairman, CEO and Majority Shareholder of this 100 year old designer and builder of primary oil and gas process plants, having a staff of over 500 engineers with offices in Houston, Edmonton, Mexico City, London, Paris, The Hague, Singapore and Tokyo. Following a previous owner's $27 MM loss achieved a $1.15 MM profit in two years with less than $300,000 additional capital.
Wilson Marine Systems, Inc./ Wilson Engineering & Manufacturing 1971 - 1981, President and Executive Vice President respectively of this wholly owned subsidiary and division of Wilson Industries, Inc. Combined and restored several divisions to profitability, including achievement of a 33% increase in productivity for WEMCO the company's fabrication and manufacturing division.
