Chris’s professional history includes Chris served in the military during 1987 to 1991 in the United States Navy as an electronics technician aboard LHA-3, The Belleau Wood

Chris graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics. He did this while running his business and commuted over 64,000 miles back and forth to College Station, to complete his degree.

Chris has built and sold several technology companies over the past 15 years. was built as a concierge service for consumers to activate their all of their utilities when they purchased a new home with a single call or click. Chris also built a social network for Latinos globally called and is currently teaching and working to deploy social media tools to expand his current residential real estate brokerage, Turbo Realy.

Chris founded Turbo Realty in 2009  and is the broker-owner. Chris 11 agents working in his Houston based brokerage and is expanding into Austin and Dallas in 2011.

Chris was nominated and selected to the 2009 Texas Association of Realtors Leadership program with 23 others for a one year TAR sponsored course and has recently been nominated to run for election to the board for the Houston Association of Realtors to represent Medium sized brokerages. The education chair for HAR also requested that Chris write 2 courses for realtors and technology, twitter 101 and Linkedin 101 to help agents use current social media tools to expand their current business.

Chris has built a suite of Residential Real Estate companies to serve different segments of the business including:

  • for rental properties in Harris County

  • to serve rentals and sales of local Highrises

  • for Texas ranches either over $1 million or 100 acres
