Pilgrim Enterprises, Inc. (1979) – promoted to Vice-President in charge of real estate operations, which included shopping centers, office warehouses and self-service storage facilities.

Pilgrim Laundry Co. (1982) – made Vice-President of Sales/Marketing.
Responsibilities included sales/marketing programs for over 200 stores located in the greater Houston area.
